Contract Embroidery
A majority of our business is contract embroidery for other embroidery shops, screen printers, promotions companies, and more.
We offer product fulfillment for company stores and sales organizations, golf courses coordinating events, sign shops offering embroidery services, and more.
Contract services include graphic design, embroidery design (digitizing), embroidery, appliqué design and cutting, laser cutting, rhinestone stencils (bling), and product production for children’s boutique shops.

Tackle Twill
Tackle twill is a specialty of ours. We provide all twill-related services in-house from graphic design, cut file creation, laser cutting, embroidery design, and full production. We can provide any or all of these services for our customers using our twill or yours. We provide full twill capabilities for cheerleader and dance uniform manufacturers and have a great deal of experience with the design and application process on difficult materials.

Applique
The same process for tackle twill design is used for appliqué and mixed embroidery/appliqué. We provide design and production services for many children’s boutique stores and can work with many materials. Our applique materials are laser-cut on-stie allowing for full customization. Materials we commonly appliqué are:

Team Sports, Cheerleading, and Dance Uniforms
We will work with your team or league. Our services include everything above and we will provide sizing samples. We can apply individual numbers and names (including tackle twill), embroidery, and accessories such as pom poms and other cheer equipment, pads for sports, equipment bags, pants, and more.

Patches
Our patch services include large jacket/vest backs for motorcycle and car clubs, band patches, work uniforms, and more. We can combine laser-cut appliqué and embroidery to create your patches in small or large quantities. We offer order fulfillment for national and international clubs so all of your chapters have a consistent look and quality.
Most embroidery shops claim to make patches. We commonly see patches that clubs bring us done by these shops. There’s a reason they are coming to us. We have shipped patches all over the world for bands and clubs including our work with the charity Ride For Dime, custom work for clubs such as the Ruff Ryders, contract orders for motorcycle and custom shops, and more.
